Once your session has been created you are ready to invite people to join.
- Find your session on the meetings list and press the Invite button.
- This will open a draft Meetoo invitation email in your default mail client.
- Just enter in the emails of your participants and press send to let them know about your upcoming Meetoo session.
The invitation email contains:
- The date that your session will begin (the default date is the date you created your session, you can alter this date in the meeting settings).
- Links to for where to access Meetoo
- The 9 digit Meeting ID, required to join your session
